I had a good feeling when I placed my order with Lindt USA, and my instinct was right. Everything showed up exactly as I ordered it, with nothing missing and all the flavors correct. The shipping box was in decent shape too. It did take a little longer than I expected, but overall I’m happy with the experience.

I got this as a birthday gift and the packaging looked neat and right out of the box. I didn’t have to rewrap anything, which was great because I’m lazy as hell with that stuff. It actually felt worth the money.

It took a few days for my refund to come through, but it did get sorted in the end... Support was okay, not amazing, but they helped enough to get it handled.

I’ve ordered from Lindt a bunch of times now and I’ve never had a bad experience, the chocolate always shows up tasting amazing and it’s one of those brands I just don’t worry about because it’s always been good for me.

I ordered a few truffles and bars from Lindt USA, and while the shipping was fine, something just felt off when I opened them. The chocolate had that older taste, like it had been sitting around for a while, and a few pieces had a dry, chalky look on the outside.

I grabbed a few Lindt bars the texture is what sold me. Super smooth, melts fast, and doesn’t have that weird waxy feel some chocolate has. I’m usually impatient with chocolate that takes forever to soften or feels too heavy, but these were just ready to enjoy right away. Even the filled ones were creamy without being overly thick. Really good stuff, I’d definitely buy them again...

I’ve ordered from Lindt a few times now, the variety is what keeps pulling me back. I mean, good chocolate is good chocolate, but having a bunch of flavors to pick from makes it way more fun.

They’ve got the basics like milk and dark chocolate, of course, but then there are flavors like caramel, sea salt, orange, and seasonal ones too. Common sense says if you’ve got different people in the house, not everyone wants the same thing, so it’s nice being able to grab something for everybody.
Shipping has been fine for me as well. Nothing showed up melted or messed up, which is really all I’m asking for when ordering chocolate online. Easy 5 stars for the selection alone.

I like that the holiday stuff is always easy to find when I need it. It saves me time, especially when I’m trying to grab a few seasonal items without searching all over the place

The tracking didn’t update right away, maybe after a day or so, but once it started moving it was easy to follow. The box showed up on time and everything looked fine. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the updates were a bit quicker, but overall it was a smooth experience.

I ordered a few bags of truffles from lindtusa.com, i was already expecting them to be worth it because Lindt has always seemed like better-quality chocolate to me. After trying them, that pretty much confirmed what I thought. The price felt fair for what you get, and shipping was fine overall. It’s definitely not the cheapest chocolate out there, but the taste makes it easier to justify. I’d probably buy again, especially if there’s a sale

I only went on Lindt to grab a few truffles, but I ended up clicking around forever. There are so many flavors and gift boxes, way more than I ever see in stores near me, which is great but also kind of annoying because I kept changing my mind over and over.

I thought this was good chocolate, really good. The sweetness is balanced, not too sugary or overpowering. A few pieces were still a little rich for me, but overall, I liked it, liked it more than I expected.
